Triing to change password but have unreachable phone number .... now i can’t update my apps cause of that... tried too many times so i’ve been blocked... i was able to get a new email for app store but still can’t update apps cause asking me always old password

First step is to reset your old password-->If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
If you can't do that you will have to delete all of the apps purchased or downloaded with it and repurchase them.
Did you create a new Apple ID? If so, all prior purchases are tied to your old ID and can't be updated using your new ID.
