Sometimes App Store ask for an old email password to update,can’t remember password and can’t update from my iPhone.

Why can't you reset its password : If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support ? All downloads are permanently tied to the account that downloaded them, so only that account can download updates to its apps.
