Do Not Disturb Feature

Recently I have noticed my iPhone XS automatically switching to Do Not Disturb mode when I am in a moving vehicle. My iPhone is running 12.2 OS. I do not want this feature automatically engaging. I have made sure to set it to “manual” mode under the Do Not Disturb tab & I have made sure it is also not chosen under the Control Panel engaged apps. I have rebooted the phone, still when I get in my car, either to drive or to ride, it does not ask me if I am driving, it simply engages the feature. How can I get it to disable itself so I can receive calls via Bluetooth in my car?

iPhone XS, iOS 12
