When I plug in my iphone for charging it shows that its charging but after 1 hrs of above when I check my battery percentage remains same and when I restart my phone then battery percentage some times drops.Same issue is with my iPad pro 11 inch also

If nothing changes, since your iPhone (perhaps the iPad too) is still covered by warranty, have them inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider: Apple – Location Selector
After checking your devices, they'll give you all the available options.

I would try a different cable and charger.
If the same thing is happening with both then mostly the charger or the cable.
