apple id

i reseted my old ipad, but i don't remember apple id and it's password. i tried entering with other apple id but it still didn't work. what should i do?

You need to find the Apple ID and Password, or the device will be useless.

Try this link for help: If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

If this doesn't work, you'll need to find the original purchase receipt proving you are the original buyer of the iPad and with that ask Apple for help. Without that, Apple will not help you and if you can't remember the Apple ID, it will be time to buy a new iPad.

These things should always be written down somewhere for safe recall if needed.
