why cant I get apple music on my phone

I have paid a family plan for a very long time and all of a sudden apple music is saying I am not suscribed . all my other family members are not having this problem

Possibly you did some action on your device that got you signed out of the service as a result.

Try this:


If you still can't see the subscription after the that:

  1. Restart your iOS device
  2. Turn off iCloud Music Library, and then turn it back on.
