My macbook air does not find my bluetooth mouse (bluetooth is on and batterie of the mouse is charged)

Which mouse do you have? You generally have to set Bluetooth hardware in search mode so they can find each other. Generally through pressing a button on the device. In your case your mouse. And make sure that in your Mac's Bluetooth settings it's searching for hardware.
