I have an iphone 7, did the update this morning so now on iOS12.4. Haven't used FaceTime in forever so it had a "cloud" next to the app. Touched the app to upload and it has disappeared from my phone. if i look in the App store it says "this app requires specific features not available on this device". Please help me get this app back on my phone

If purchased from Abu Dhabi, it will be a model that has FaceTime banned or restricted. Please verify the model number at Settings- General - About - Model = ???

Only using the phone in South Africa
I have not changed countries at all

Yep. FaceTime is restricted on that device. You will not be able to use it in South Africa.
