my 2nd gen pencil worked fine last night. it will not connect this morning. when i attach it to the ipad i get the text at the top of the screen that says apple pencil, but no charged info. bluetooth cannot find it. i have tried all of the apple support tips to no avail. how do i get reconnected?

Sounds like something has gone amiss. It came with a one year warranty, so take it to your closest Apple Store and if it's defective, Apple will replace it.
