My Apple Music is not working on my MacBook Air? Any idea??

  • Verify that the subscription is still active.
  • Verify that you are signed in with the Account in iTunes (menu Account).
  • Verify the iTunes Preferences has Show Apple Music Features and iCloud Music Library turned on.
  • If needed, switch iCloud Music Library off, then turn it back on.
  • If needed, sign out of the account, then sign back in.
