PURCHASE ERROR . BUT NOT ME , BREACH

I have had an email saying that the system detected a login from an unusual device. your account needs improvement to get back to normal again. the purchase is apple gift card of $100.00 tax (VAT Spain) $34.50 subtotal $134.50

To restore your account to normal -

select sign in

complete your account identity correctly

Reference in email header- #15944600: payment not authorized for gift card

the email address - iCloud Service ocstmmosc@ccsuotoco on the 8th Aug 2019 5.38am

To me this looks suspicious.

also when I logged in to do this email. my phone said that someone was trying to log in from Queensland. which this has happened before.

please advise

Apple does not ever add links to sign in. It's a scam email attempting to get your credentials.
