Can I upgrade from my Apple Music Individiual Membership to an Apple Music Family Membership for free during the free trial?

I just got my free Individual Membership trial on Apple Music. Now, my family wants to use Apple Music. So, I want to change to a Family Membership. But, I don’t know if I will get charged or not. Will I get charged for an upgrade during the free trial?

No fees to pay during the trial period when changing the subscription type, but it also doesn’t extend the trial period.
