Hello,

If iCloud Photo Library is disabled then you can import your photos from your iPad to your PC using USB.

Connect your iPad to your PC using the supplied USB lead. Tap Start > File Explorer > Computer > iPad > DCIM.

Thanks for your response ....

I'm on a PC. Just found site to download iCloud, and did so, but now have msg that something went wrong ;( Also tried to download iTunes ..... but could not get beyond the music screen!

Yes, ... it worked! Thank you very, very much, I really appreciate your help and response. According to the staff at CVS (where I was trying to send photos), their system does not receive iCloud ..... thus my problem.
