Hello all. I sold my ipad 2 and did a factory reset prior to delivery. Since then the buyer contacted me saying she couldn't get into the ipad without a passcode. I gave her the passcode and she said it didn't work. I am not sure how to get it unlocked to complete reset.
any help appreciated
