Add multiples videos to iMovie (iPadOS)

I could not find a way to add multiples videos to iMovie on iPadOS. I am able to select multiples video files ( from files app) > share > open with iMovie > new project / add to project. But at the end just one of videos are considered. Since I am able to go through all import flow having multiple videos selected it seems to be a bug.

Import videos firstly to Photos library is not a good options because i do not want multiples partial videos to my library since most of them them will not be used. Also this flow does not work very well for multiple videos because during the import in iMovie it is also needed to check each movie.
