Icloud Email

Hi. I hope someone out there can help me. I am having issues with my icloud account regarding emails. I have become aware of the problem this week, where some e-mails are received and some are not arriving (checked Junk and they are not in there). Emails are sending ok. Can anyone shed some light on whats happening, as it's really annoying at the moment. I have tried sending an email to myself from my work email to my icloud account, and it has not arrived. Any one got any ideas please!

This looks to be more of a widespread issue, check the number of posts over the past 2 weeks...


I have a case open with the engineering team at apple.


Im frustrated at apples approach to these situations, for 1 it's been showing as fully available on the iCloud service status page all through the time they have been notified of issues.


The more that can get in touch with apple support and ask for senior advisor and then a engineering report to be sent PLEASE.
