I just bought the iphone 11 about 4 hours ago and some of my apps are still not working. (Safari, Amazon, Kohls, etc. are all saying "still loading" if I try and search for anything) Is it defective or do I need to just allow more time for the old phone to transfer?

Please allow time for Downloading of apps. It takes the list of apps from the old iPhone and is downloaded from App Store and not transferred from old iPhone. The speed depends upon the internet speed.
