What is error code 110000?

I am trying to copy a Final Cut Pro library file backed up on a BDXL/M-Disc to an external hard drive but the message; " The operation cannot be completed an unexpected error occurred (error code 110000)"

Cannot open the final cut library file directly from the BDXL/M-Disc, and cannot copy to another drive. So it is impossible for me to open this FCP library right now. I have tried to copy to two different external hard drives and with two different FCP library files from two different BDXL/M-Discs and get the same error.

I am using 21.5" imac running Catalina 10.15.2

Anyone know what this error code is and how to work around it?

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.15

Hmmm.

Not a system diagnostic error—that I can say.

As far as I know FCP in Catalina has incompatibility issues w/ file formats that need to be address before upgrading:

"In macOS Catalina, the QuickTime 7 framework will no longer be available, so incompatible formats won't be supported in Final Cut Pro, Motion and Compressor."

In all honesty it seems more a drive issue. Is this error problem most recent right after upgrading the macOS to 10.15 ?
