iMessage not sending on new iPad to 2 or 3 of my contacts.

My new iPad will not send messages to certain people in my contacts & will not cross over from my new iPhone which will send to these same people with iOS 13.3.

Hello,


Please verify that Messages is enabled on both your iPhone and iPad in Settings > Tap your account > iCloud.


Please verify that iMessage is enabled on your iPhone and iPad in Settings > Messages.


Please verify that Text Message forwarding is enabled on your iPhone in Settings > Messages.
