I have the Apple TV+ app on my AppleTV 3 but and I have a subscription which works on my phone and iPad but it won’t let me play stuff via the Apple TV? It seems it doesn’t recognise my account.
if I try and sign in for a free trial it says my password is incorrect?
any ideas?
Hi, thanks for the reply. Having read a few other threads I’ve now resolved it. In case it helps anyone else I reset my Apple ID password across all devices, reset my Apple TV and then logged in using new details and it all worked fine.

Do you have the same Apple ID account on your iPad as on your Apple TV? The subscription is for one Apple ID.
