iPhone SE reboot loop

Hi guys! I have a problem with iPhone SE. Well, after LCD change I tried to reboot my device, but it stuck on apple logo. I also tried to reboot it through iTunes on PC, but when "preparing iphone to restore" shows up, iPhone is restarting and show up 4013 error. Now my phone don't even turn on.

To fix iPhone error 4013, follow these steps, in this order:

  1. Install the Latest Version of iTunes. ... 
  2. Force Restart the Device. ... 
  3. Connect the Device to iTunes and Update. ... 
  4. Check for Updates on Your Mac or PC. ... 
  5. Try a Different USB Cable. ... 
  6. Try Restoring Using a Different Computer. ... 
  7. Have your phone checked: Find Locations
