I am trying to set up Apple ID's for a bunch of co-workers. 1) It will not let me set up the id on the ipad itself, I have been having to go to the itunes and creating one from there and 2) I go through all of the prompts and at the very end after typing in my verification code, an error comes up and says please contact Apple support and the Apple Id isn't set up.
HELP!
