I deleted an iMessage conversation how can I get it back??

Are you using iCloud Messages, if so, you cannot. If not, then if you have a backup of the iPhone made when the message was still on the iPhone, then you can restore the iPhone to that backup. Remember, anything done since that backup will be lost.
