If I buy more iCloud storage for my iPad will the increase in storage also apply to my iPad pro?

iCloud storage is linked to the Apple ID you use for iCloud. It is not linked to any specific device. If both your iPad and iPad Pro are signed in to the same iCloud account, the storage will be available to and accessible from both.
