Any way to create a fillable form via Pages or Preview?
Been awhile since I needed to create a fillable form where the receiver can tab between lines and type out the answers to a form.
Is there a way to do this in Pages and/or Preview?

Word or LibreOffice have form building tools, and Pages does not, and cannot. Use one of the first two mentioned applications for your inline, tabbed order forms.
