ipad locked out
my ipad keeps saying incorrect apple id...but its all correct and it wont unlock my i pad which i have had since 2012 brand new from shop...i was watching you tube on card making and it shut down.
can anyone help please

Hello,
The iPad is locked with Activation Lock. There is no way around unlocking Activation Lock without inserting the device’s associated Apple ID. If this is not an option you will have to find the original receipt for the device that clearly shows the serial number. Once you have this document then bring the receipt and iPad into an Apple retail location.
