Viewing OneDrive in the Files App

IPad MTJ62B/A Pro iPadOS 13.3


The Files App regularly exhibits 3 problems when using the OneDrive folders.


  1. When viewing folders, I regularly get "Content Unavailable, The folder contents could not be displayed because of an unknown error. 'Try Again' " When selecting 'Try Again' often, but not always the folders are refreshed.
  2. PDF cannot be read. The screen is filled with the 'Filename', ''PDF Document xxxKB" is displayed. Even sometimes when the PDF is visible, after swiping left to view the next PDF, when swiping right, it is no longer visible.
  3. The app crashes.


Any thoughts on how to fix ?

Hello,


Try updating to iPadOS 13.3.1 to see if it resolves your problem.


Settings > General > Software Update
