Will Apple ever admit that the Apple Watch ***** at tracking treadmill distance and give us the ability to adjust the distance post-indoor run?I have over 100 miles of outdoor runs >20 min each and the “calibration” still shows significant less miles run than my treadmill.

Take a look at the steps here to help increase the accuracy of your Apple Watch: Get the most accurate measurements using your Apple Watch - Apple Support. If you're still having trouble with the Apple Watch tracking accurately after following those steps, make sure that both the iPhone and Apple Watch are updated.
