We have voiceover turned off in settings but are still getting it in a movie. What’s going on? The problem occurs on both our televisions, one with the Apple TV box and one with the app. So it’s clearly in Apple somehow. I hate voiceover. Please help us turn it off.

Please differentiate between VoiceOver (screen reading of the interface, e.g. while navigating the menus) and Audio Descriptions (audio track of a movie that also describes the scene). I think you might be referring to Audio Descriptions, instead of VoiceOver.

Yes, I guess it's Audio Descriptions. We looked on the menu under Accessibility, and it only showed Voiceover, so we thought that was it.
