My voice over feature is playing ONLY during Godfather II movie. All the Apple TV settings for the voiceover engine are turned OFF in settings (under accessibility) but this one movie continues to play them.

My voice over feature is playing ONLY during Godfather II movie. All the Apple TV settings for the voiceover engine are turned OFF in settings (under accessibility) but this one movie continues to play them. Do I have to re-purchase this movie on Apple TV to fix this problem?

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 15

Playing around I was able to fix the issue.

It seems that the problem occurs only if you play the movie from my library.

I searched again from the search bar, and when I clicked on the play button from there and no narration voice anymore.

At least this fixed for me, I have an Apple TV 4K box.

Whew! I thought it was JUST ME! Apple Support was awesome today. They tried and tested everything, including downloading the latest version from iTunes (to replace the one I purchased back in 2015). It's still doing the voiceover thing... and is the only movie (and the only one of the Trilogy) that does this. Many thanks for your reply.

This is the strangest thing, I’m glad I’m not the only one… hope they resolve it soon, dying to watch this in 4K.
