Mouse keeps turning into spinning color wheel after updated to Catalina

Hey guys before I call tech support just want to see if anyone has same issue with the mouse after updating to Catalina. I just updated yesterday and the mouse has turned into the spinning color wheel all the time, whenever I open a new window, whether it's a new webpage or a new email or even the Notes application. It keeps that way for like 15-30 seconds before goes away, sometimes won't stop. I can't click or type when it's spinning! I don't get it. Is it relate to Catalina? Please help!
