I bought an Iphone 6 plus for my mother-off of marketplace. I am trying to update phone-so we can switch out her device. Everything works, except finger print security and when i tried to add the 360 app-it said that I needed to update: It says "This application requires ios 11.0 or later". When i go to software updates it says Checking for updates and just spins. Is the phone too old for update?

Thanks for your response! I tried and still just spins-I am NOT computer savy at all. The battery says 100% and I am using a wi-fi connection. Where do I get the updates? Should the phone just automatically update or do I need to get info from apple itunes??
That device can run iOS 12.4.5.
You must have 50% battery and use a Wi-Fi connection for upgrades.
Do you se a VPN? Turn it off.

The only thing i could find to shut off is Proxy
