Apple Watch 5.0

If you charge the watch and turn it off at 100% battery level and then turn it on after few days, there is some loss. Is this normal?

My last charge was 2 weeks ago and then I turned it off because I was not going to use it. When I turned it on, it showed 91% battery life.
