First, did the Family Organizer follow this procedure?

Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support

See especially step5.


Then did he/she setup Family Sharing and invite you to join?

See section "Invite people to join your family" in:

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support


Finally did you accept the invitation according to the "Join a family group" section in the above link?


If you still have problems, see the "Get help" section ion the above link.
