Problems with Catalina 10.15.4

I'm having problems after upgrading to 10.15.4 on my

Mac mini (Late 2012)

2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

Which was running just fine before the upgrade.

Now WindowServer's CPU utilization won't come lower than 70% mostly at +80% CPU, making the whole system lagging and slow to respond...

It's becoming unusable.

I hope 10.15.5 fixes this problem.

Thanks
