How to link iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5 inch, late 2015) as a display for Macbook Air (13 inch, early 2015)

Looking to link up a MacBook Air (13-inch, early 2015 model) to an iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5 inch, late 2015 model) as a display. Please can anyone let me know the exact cables I need? Not a tech person so would appreciate it in very simple terms / link to where I can buy! Thankyou

Use your iMac as a display with Target Display Mode - Apple Support indicates that iMac models after 2014 can no longer be used in Target Display Mode. Also, see Use Mac notebook computer in closed-display mode with an external display.
