iMac is intermittently holding and restarting

I am running latest 10.14.4 os on my iMac - 2014 5k quad core - 32gb ram.

It has started to freeze, hold and crash in LR and FXCP and Zoom. Generally any programmes really. I've re formatted my fusion drive reinstalled Catalina. I am now getting error messages as attached and its still restarting on its on - I've turned screen saving mode off in case it was that. The scan of my drive on saying that MT Mapping isn't referenced - something isn't right. Either a faulty fusion drive or a software issue. Any ideas would be really helpful.

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
