My Iphone x died on me, I bought a new iphone and the old messages i had on my phone did not appear on my new Iphone after loading the back up from the cloud.
it turned out that saving my messaged on the icloud was on off, I can see that in the icloud i have 5.8 GB of memory kept for messages. How can i retrieve my old messages?
