If I try to send a picture to a non iPhone, I get a message that says Cannot Send Message mms messaging needs to be enabled to send message. However I can’t find an option that enables mms messaging as directed under the settings/messaging
Open Settings âž” Messages âž” MMS Messaging - Turn this to ON.

Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) The agency who issued the SIM to you and ask for MMS Plan
