My MMS is not working. I have the MMS messaging enabled in Messages settings but i can't receive any picture from other numbers. I can only send pictures if i enabled my mobile data.
How can I fix that?

Again, contact your cellular carrier and ask as different carriers do things in different ways.
It seems strange that it would not work on Wi-Fi, and that seems to point to an issue with your carrier's Internet to cellular gateway.
MMS is a cellular carrier feature, so contact them and make sure MMS is enabled for your account.
I figured it out and it only works on mobile data. If i am on wifi it doesnt send my mms message. Why this happen? Is it normal?
