Is there a way to keep my iPhone on silent BUT allow all calls to ring AND still see silent banner notifications?

Is there a way to keep my iPhone on silent (no vibration or other sounds)

BUT allow all calls to ring (so I don't miss any calls)

AND still see silent banner notifications?

I've tried using Do Not Disturb, and that allows phone calls to come through, but I don't see any notifications until I'm off Do Not Disturb.

I'm on iOS 13.
