Horizontal black lines apear on MBP 2017

As I'm working, my MPB 2017 display shows defect with black horizontal lines on the top. As I continue using the computer, the display gets worse until it becomes impossible to see due to the image gets frozen.

The same issue can be seen on the youtube video. It is really strange. ALL THE COMPUTER DEFECTS WERE DUE TO APPLE RECALLS and I care my MacBook Pro as my child.

This version is only one that I had problems and it is clear that is the worse MPB version ever!

Any idea of what is happening with my display?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Seems failing hardware.

Try an SMC and an NVRAM reset, and try booting and running the Mac in Safe Mode.

Failing that... Contact Apple Support, and discuss the options and alternatives here.
