How do I prevent photos from my phone from transferring to my daughters phone

Your daughter needs to have her own Apple ID. As long as you share the same ID, you'll be sharing everything else.
If a child is under 13, there are special accounts for children. To give them access to your purchases, you can set up a Family Sharing plan.
