Fall detection issue

Why don’t I have the ability to turn fall detection on/off ? I have a series 5 watch, but there is no option for it.

Look under Apple Watch -> Settings -> SOS -> Fall Detection, you should be able to disable it there.

Or iPhone -> Watch app -> Emergency SOS -> Fall Detection
