“Other” taking up majority of my iPad storage.

How can I free up badly needed storage space? Most of color line is gray, “Other”. Unable to do anything on my IPad.

iPad Air 2, iPadOS 13

If you already tried to create a full backup of your iPad, then restore data from that backup to no avail, please contact Apple Support directly using this link:--> Get Support
