If memory serves me, I think that when you select a hot spot it enables wi fi calling from home. I don't know about public wi fi since I never do that. I do know that it is available, however.
I don’t do it in public either but, I don’t even see the option in my phone. My carrier does support WiFi calling.
i don't see the wifi calling option on my new phone. is it possible that the newest model does not come with this necessary feature?!?
