ipad pro 10.5 keyboard

My Smart keyboard for Ipad pro 10.5 suddenly did not work. I bought a new one and it worked only three months then did not response anymore to my Ipad. Anyone could help? Thanks.

When I said clean the ports, I meant clean the smart connectors which is how the iPad connects to the keyboard,

Yes updating the Ipad iOS can help resolve an issue
