I have Final Cut Pro X 10.4.8 but I can't deem to be able to upgrade/update to 10.4.9.
I'm using macOS Catalina 10.15.6.
My Mac is a 2017 Retina 5K 27-inch Radeon Pro 580 8 GB.
I.m in the UK. Given just in case it's not available to the UK just yet.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Are you logged into the App Store with the Apple ID used to purchase it? If so and you don’t see the update, makes ZIP file of the application and then move the application to the trash. See if you can then download it from the FCP page in the App Store.
Not the Apple Store, the Mac App Store using the App Store application on your computer.
