ICloud photos

All of my photos are gone from my iphone. I turned off iCloud photos to try and reset it because it wouldn’t let me share them. Now they are all gone and I can’t get them back by restoring them. How do I fix this problem?

icloud photos I recently deleted all photos from my phone but I was told that they would remain in my icloud. I also made sure that my phone and cloud were syncing before I deleted them. I checked the icloud and recently deleted and they are all gone. Let me know if you can help. Thanks!
