A Digital sim is a sim card that is built in to the iPhone, or gen erated via software to connect to an additional phone line.
The Digital sim card will have its own IMEI number, that is different to the IMEI number for the physical sim card slot.
You can verify the IMEI numbers for both sims in your phone in Settings->General->About->Primary and Settings->General->About->Digital Sim.
